Every episode goes through three rounds of structured notes before delivery. We don't rush. We don't cut corners. The finished episode sounds and looks like it was made by people who care — because it was.
The edit is only the beginning. Every retainer episode comes with a full transcript, show notes, three social media posts, and an audiogram or video reel — assets that would cost you hours and several service providers to assemble separately.
We price per finished minute — the same model as our full production service. You know exactly what an episode costs before you send us the file. No surprises, no scope creep, no moving targets.
We're protective of our standard. These aren't small print — they're the conditions that let us do our best work for you.
Your rate covers three full rounds of structured revision notes per episode — that is our standard, not an upgrade. A fourth round, if required, is charged at R800 (audio) or R1,200 (video) per episode. This keeps the scope honest for both sides.
We can only edit what you give us. Files must be technically usable — recorded in a reasonably quiet environment with a decent microphone. Files that fall below broadcast-usable standard will be flagged at intake and may require a revised quote before work begins.
You are billed on the length of the final, edited episode — not on the length of your raw recording. A 30-minute finished episode costs the same whether you recorded 35 minutes or 90. Use the calculator below to see your investment before you apply.
