The Podmaster™ Academy is the education arm of Baird Media, the award-winning podcast production company in Pretoria, South Africa. Everything here — the programs, the books, the workshops — exists to take you from wanting a podcast to running one that earns its place.
The Academy is led by Hendrik Baird, author of three books on podcasting and a PhD candidate at the University of Pretoria researching the political economy of podcast monetisation. What we teach is what we practise daily in the studio, and what the research says actually works — not recycled advice from someone else's market.
